Fleming Architects along with it’s joint venture partner Renaissance Group are designing the largest high school in the State of Tennessee. Designed for 3,000 students, the 460,000 SF state of the art campus is situated on 156 acres on Shelby Drive. The facility includes a 3,000 seat performance gym, “STEM” complex, 1,000 seat stadium-seat auditorium, CTE labs, science labs, classrooms, distance learning lab and fine arts complex. The outdoor athletic components include a 5,000 seat sportsturf football stadium with an 8-lane track, 40 yard indoor football fieldhouse, fields for soccer, lacrosse and football practice fields, baseball/softball stadium, locker rooms and concessions. The site has 2,000 parking spaces.
