4FDesign provided comprehensive architectural and engineering services for the Arlington High School Football Fieldhouse, creating a premier athletic facility that enhances student-athlete development, improves daily program operations, and elevates the gameday experience. Despite an extremely constrained site adjacent to the existing stadium and fieldhouse, the facility was thoughtfully designed to maximize every square foot while seamlessly integrating with the campus and stadium environment. Featuring state-of-the-art locker rooms, strength training and conditioning areas, athletic training spaces, team collaboration rooms, and support facilities, the fieldhouse provides a high performance environment that supports year-round athletic success.

Strategically organized around the south endzone of the football stadium and existing video board, the facility serves as a striking focal point for Friday night football while strengthening school pride and community engagement. A second-floor film room overlooking the field creates a direct connection between training and performance, reinforcing collaboration and player development. The project demonstrates 4FDesign’s ability to transform challenging sites into high-impact facilities that maximize campus resources, support long-term program growth, and deliver lasting value for school districts through thoughtful planning, operational efficiency, and durable design.
